We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Lawn Maintenance Technician who’s not afraid of hard work and enjoys being outdoors. This position is ideal for someone who knows how to stay focused, handle equipment safely, and wants to grow within a company that rewards reliability and hustle. If you're looking to move up and eventually run a crew — this could be your shot.

• Operate zero-turn mowers for residential and commercial properties
   
• Perform edging, trimming, and debris cleanup using professional tools
   
• weed-eaters, backpack blowers, and other lawn equipment
   
• Maintain a clean, finished look on all jobs
   
• Work safely and efficiently, whether on your own or with a crew
   
• Adjust to early mornings, hot days, and changing weather conditions
   
• Represent our company with integrity and respect
   

• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
   
• Experience with zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers preferred
   
• Ability to work independently and stay productive without supervision
   
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job right
   
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
   
• If you can't do a good job on your own, this role isn’t for you
   

• $16–$18/hr starting pay, based on experience
   
• 40–50+ hours/week, with potential for overtime
   
• Opportunity to advance into a Crew Leader role (with raise + benefits)
