1. Sponsor
The Ultimate Lawn Makeover Challenge (the “Contest”) is sponsored by No Mow Worries Lawn Care and Landscape, located at [Your Business Address], Springfield, MO.

2. Eligibility

• Age: Open to legal residents of Missouri who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Location: Must reside in Springfield, MO or surrounding communities, including Ozark, MO; Republic, MO; Nixa, MO; Clever, MO; and Billings, MO.
• Exclusions: Current and past routine lawn maintenance clients of No Mow Worries during the 2024 calendar year are not eligible to enter. However, these individuals may nominate friends and family who are not current or past clients, provided the nominees meet all eligibility requirements.
• Limit: Maximum of two entries per household to ensure fair participation.

3. Contest Period

• Start Date: December 1, 2023
• End Date: January 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST
  Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, participants must complete all the following steps:

   • Fill Out the Short Form: Provide your contact information to ensure you’re eligible to win.
   • Upload a Photo: Share a “Before” photo of your current lawn or outdoor space on our website or in the Facebook post. Show us the area you want to transform!

5. Prize

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Selection Process:
  A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or around February 1, 2024, to select one (1) Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• Notification:
  The selected winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Public Announcement:
  By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their name and lawn photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. General Conditions

• Compliance: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
• Rights Granted: By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their submitted photos and stories for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Release of Liability:
  By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and media partners from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the Prize.
• Privacy:
  Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be found at www.nomowworries.com/privacy.
• Disqualification:
  Entries that do not comply with the Official Rules, contain false information, or fail to complete all required steps may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor’s Rights:
  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Participation in the Contest;
• Any Contest-related activities;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries or personal information.

9. Governing Law
The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
